I have a few of those too - what's worse I have a few that say they aren't coming, we make the preparations, then they show up - late too. I felt awkward at first when I realized there wasn't going to be enough food for them, but I got over it.
I like nacho's idea. I have a friend who was constantly late and I've left him while going offshore fishing and hunting enough he has decided he can get there on time now.
When it comes to hunting and fishing I can get pissed pretty quick. I've taught a few people that I enjoy fishing by myself just as much as I do with someone else. Not to say that I haven't overslept a time or two after a long night.
