I'm getting real antsy for another trip downrange.
Me trying to grow a beard is like trying to grow grass in the Sahara. Might get a tuft or two to take hold, but it won't ever be pretty. I don't have any problem with growing it on top of my head, so I doubt I'll ever be bald. I've been letting it grow out for about 2 months now, and it's longer than it's been in 30 years. Last time it was this long I had let it grow 5 months before I went to basic training. Only problem now is I didn't realize how wavy and curly it is, so at this stage it's a bit wild. My wife has never seen it this long, and she keeps telling me to get a haircut. The more she tells me, the longer I'll let it get! 😀
