Thinking about picking up one for the camp to use as a work mule.....I've been told that pre 98 sidekicks and tracker are the same vehicle, independant front susp. , better steering assy, and a little bigger 1.6 motor. But I see a lot of the Samurais being used for this kind of stuff.....anybody have first hand experience with any of these?
I guy has a sidekick on my lease. I laugh everytime i see it going up the road pulling a trailer towards mucky sugar sand.
a friend had one and we used it at the sugar cane fields for duck hunting. he had a tracker-never got stuck and had good gas mileage. I laughed like heck every time he put his 260 azz in that little seat. but he laughed all the way to the cane fields and never getting stuck.

I'm hearing good things about the sidekick and the tracker.....I think they were both the same vehicle ......wondering whether I need a stick or auto....got some ridges and bottoms to go thru.....
My cousin has a JX Samurai. That sucker is bad a$$. All Line-X on the inside and out. Hasn't even come close to getting stuck driving through the crazy stuff at Citrus WMA.
