there's no magic pill or surgical procedure that will work for the long run. we all know what has to be done. increase good food, reduce bad food, eat smaller portions more frequently, drink a lot of water and get more exercise and think in terms of years, not weeks. from Halloween to new years is always rough, I think those Christmas cookies/candies are made with lead, I've gone up at least 10# since Halloween.
