If only it was that easy and simple. Trust me it doesn't work, and you won't be of any help to your sister and the kids behind bars, & will likely make things worse. You could turn a miserable drunk into a physically abusive miserable drunk.
he got physically abusive thats why the domestic violence injunction. i love my freedom and rights too much to ever get myself into that kind of trouble. this guy has been over the legal limit for years...one of those guys that wakes up drunker than i have ever been, i mean you could probably take shots of this guys blood and it would be 50% alcohol. my grandfather was an alcoholic, and when we first had to start really helping him in 04 when he went in the hospital, he blew off the range of the hospital breathalyzer. my brother in law would probably do the same. not going to go into details, my sister has a good lawyer, and i hope that when the final decree is written he feels like he has been raped by an elephant. in the meantime i remain vigilant even though he is not allowed withinn 500ft of my sisters house. he has not been back here since he left, and is not welcome back ever.
