Be leary of those low rates.
Alot of companies will give you a year at that low cost and then raise it to 2500 and up at renewal claiming that the first years rates were a special " first timmers discount" 😡
You bet rackman that is why I asked for sure and to have it writting this was not a one time "promo" rate!BUT I am still looking into the RV lifestyle and buying a rec use zoned lot as a home base!
