My motherinlaw pays $1400 ayear in sarasota. I believe its with citizens.
I hope that helps.
yes itdoes
I would just get a 25ft travel trailer and stay in a campground for about $350.00 a month. Think about it
1) your not limited to one location
2) Snobby people wont want to visit you
3) when the hurricanes come you can hit road and take everything with you
you cant do none of that with a stationary type home
rackman I have been thinking about doing it the way you have said there is a few problems though.I have 2 dogs(my kids) and my tow vehicle can only handle 3500 lbs gross so anything over a 16 footer is out of the question unless I buy a larger tow vehicle.
Just got back from parents house after a talk about me just doing th RV thing thanks rackman for bringing that back up! They said they have to think about the idea and start up cost of the RV.
I do like the idea the freedom to travel as I need we will see how it all plays out.
