I am about five minutes south of USF's Tampa campus, which is probably close enough to ya Graybell.
The guy who manages the house is a very nice guy and has been very kind to me, but I believe he is actually spending his own money at this point trying to get the house ready for us to move into fully....and he doesn't own the home. It was neglected for awhile so it took a large amount of work to get it to where it is, but clearly no kitchen sink is a problem.
Any ideas what could be causing the issue I described above, any hail mary shots or things that might be worth a shot?
It ain't running on a manifold system is it? If so, check the garage. That particular line may be shut off.
Did he replace the cartridges in the faucet or cleanout the aerator on the end of the spout . are there shutoffs on the faucet? did you shut off the stops under the k/s and remove the supply lines then point them in to a bucket and turn on the stops to see if it was the water lines?Let me know.

10-4, the guy doing the work on the house got lit up by some fire ants like I ain't never seen before. :pinch He got 15 bites on his right forearm/hand and it is swollen and pussed up like he got bit by a venomous snake. :eek I told him to take a day off, but I will pass these recommendations along to him and be back in touch.
Thanks fellas!
Check to see if the water piping is galvanized. that could be your problem.
