Anyone a plumber on here or know a good one (in the Tampa area) who doesn't rape the pocketbook?
Moving into a new house and the guy who manages the place is having an issue with the kitchen sink. He's getting water everywhere else, and has replaced everything above the floor, just can't get the sink to work.
