So here is the story...
I have a 250lb hampshire pig that is prime ready for slaughter. Problem is the only two meat proccessing facilities close by only take pigs on Tuesday or Thursday, and the only day I can get my pig to slaughter is Wednesday. Does anyone know a good butcher? I would do it myself, but this pig is prime and I want to get every single ounce of meat I can out of it and I don't quite have the talent for that. I live on the west side of Lake City and don't mind traveling a little distance, but no more than an hour.
