Crock, if you were closer I would have you fix my leaking roof. :pissed:

My wife was walking through my daughters room a little while ago and said she got hit with a water drop. Looks up and there is a little bead of water sitting there. We have a textured ceiling and this is a seam where the drywall (I think it's different on ceilings?) meets up. So I head up into the attic to investigate and find a little water on a piece of plywood. A little bit has dripped onto the truss and leaked down to the ceiling. Dried it up and put a towel there to stop any more ceiling damage. At least the torrential downpour we had stopped.
In total about 10 drops of water fell so it isn't as bad as it could be.

Now instead of scouting Green Swamp tomorrow I get to try to fix the roof.

I hear ya, I do everything by the book. And have been just getting killed by other company's who don't. Or the ones using Illegals for labor. I just cant compete with the prices they are giving. And the county I live in doesn't seem to do a very good job busting the ones that don't follow the rules. :censored:
