Me too. I have to carry, what is called Professional liability. Meaning if I do a termite inspection and miss some damage it is covered. That is on top of the other coverage I have to carry.
And dont forget all the hazmat endorsements I have to have for toting chemicals around

My only saving grace in life right now, and that I am able to be self employed is that I dont have a mortgage. If it wasn't for that I would be on someones payroll somewhere. Trust me
