oh they can do the ACL through a scope. Are you in Tampa? There are a few guys I would trust here.. Buscemi did both my ex wifes ACls. she did very well. on both. Takes about a year to "fully" recover but she was better than new after that. Again the physical therapy is the big part after ward. Another guy is named Morse.. He is very good as well.

Let me rephrase the fully recover comment. I meant she could jog after a year.. she was up and about few days later.. knee brace for a few weeks..

+ on what florida hunter said. If the knee Is done wrong it will be a problem for a long long time. Especially in your work. Get a couple of looks at it. There are 2 type of Orthopedic surgeons for the elderly and sports medicine. Get a second opinion after the MRI . Go see Lyons.

Keep in mind there are different degrees of tears. I would doubt very seriously it is a complete tear. You remember how bad my ankle was and that was not a complete tear. Most of the time when you hear about football players tearing their ACL, it is usually not a complete tear. At the worst you are looking at arthroscopic surgery, but definitely rehab
