I have been using them since 1980. started with dailies. went to weeklys. Now I wear have the 2 "weekers." I take mine out on Saturday nite and put them back in on Monday morn. gives the eyeball a break and air. I do wear astig. lens. I pay 33.00 for a box of eight at Sam's Club. get them at the store or on line. I rinse the sleepy every morn with saline. I store it on "the take out" in a saline-disinfectant. to me=contacts are the greatest thing since sliced bread.. Everybody has a different protein guild up when they wear them. it is just a matter of getting used to them.

Hats off to you folks that can sleep in your contacts. I tried last night for the first time. My eyes felt fine when I went to bed. I woke up at 4 AM and they were so fogged up I couldn't read the numbers on the cable box. My eyes were so dried out I literally could not see to get to the bathroom. I flooded my eyes with drops and it was pure nastiness coming out. It was like looking thru a jug of milk. Had to take the contacts out and clean them, then put them back in.

that happens when you first start wearing them. the first time that happened to me I thought I really screwed up and was going blind. Like I said, I still rinse the sleep out of my eye with saline in the AM. clears all the cloudiness up. You really appreciate them when shooting, playing pool. I even keep mine in while swimming. chance of losing it yes but I haven't yet. Keep trying guys, you will grow to love'em. :clap
