Guys, I had an ulcer in my eye from leaving my contacts in. Trust me, you do not want to experience it. It was so painful I had to cover my eye to go anywhere even somewhat lighted...laid out of school and work for a week. If you can, take them out every night....I don't care what they say you can do. It was wayyy worse than having my eyes UV burned by microbiological sterilizers when I was a dumbazz and was working on one without protection.

Think about it.....say a bacteria gets under your contact...its moist, with little airflow, and the perfect incubation temperature.

Exactly. I would not leave them in for 30 days even if I could. Even with these that can stay in for 7, I won't. Takes just a few minutes a day

i guess some people are lucky and some aren't. Everyone's eyes are different. I was used to taking them out every night to clean them cause they were uncomfortable but i got used to them. The ones i got are 30 day ones and made so you CAN keep them in for 30 days. I do take them out once a week and clean em tho. Just cause got bad eye bugers and once in a while i get some stuck .

Also some people CANT AFFORD to pay to change them every 7 days. Mine are like 60 a box for each side. so thats 120 for a 6 month supply. My ins does cover it but only the 6 months so ill use mine for 2 months at a time til i get the next ins allowance.

I went 4 years of wearing them all the time without taking them out or changing them when I should..."never had a problem" then WHAM....now my eyes are so jacked up I can't wear them overnight without paying for it severely the next day.

You don't change them every 7 days. You change them every 30 days. You just can wear them a max of 7 days at a time. No need to preach to me about affording stuff. My wife is unemployed as of last Friday

I wear my glasses when I can't afford new contacts. To hell with experiencing any of that crap again.
