Yeah, it's awesome when it's an easy fix. Glad you got it sorted and salvaged the trip. Looks like y'all had a good time. Love me some grilled grouper!
Glad it worked out and next is upper hillsbrough,
On my truck I had just changed the radiator and it was about three months ago. so I walked around the front of my truck and I smelledl anti-freeze so I went to AutoZone and I got one of those pressure testers I put it on the radiator and I seen any freeze just pouring out by the back of the engine but everybody told me it was a freeze plug or it all crackhead or something. Turns out it was a small hose that goes to the oil cooler and what happened was it was squirting downwards hitting the scrapeplate and shooting out back so it look like it was in the back of the engine.
The problem was that I could not reach the top of the clamp because it was too high up in the engine so I had to take it to my mechanic and he had put it on a lift then it cost me $150 because he replaced two hoses, added fluid and I also had the tires rotated.
That was a cheap visit for once.
Sent from my killphone.
dadsahuntin .........I mite be looking for one after first of the year. Can You help me when the time comes?
I would be happy to help anyone for this site when it comes to you buying a new or used car. Even if you cant make it to me here in Vero I could atleast steer you in the right direction when it comes to your $ or questions on the vehicle. My specialty is Toyotas but I would try to give you the best case scenarios. Most people dont know the actual $ that are involved in vehicles such as profits and incentives and most dealers arent just goin to tell you. Fords Dodge and Chevy have the most amount of mark up (profit) and usually the largest rebates or dealer cash. I will help you atleast be aware before you go a shoppin.
Of course if you want a Toyota I will do my best to get you in one.....they are the smartest buy of all in most aspects...Oh crap here come the Ford and Chevy guys. :pinch
