We did something similar at my old lease. We put a gutter on our bath house and diverted it into one of those 250gallon water totes. From there we plummed it into a 3 way splitter and ran 1 to the shower, 1 to the toilet, and 1 to the sink. It's amazing how quickly it would fill up. And it sucked when we had a drought
