And in those pics thats just the dash off.. I still had to take out the hvac unit.. the entire black plastic unit.. Pain in the butt..

I bypassed in my F-150 for years. Did a trip to Texas once where it never got over 29 deg. inside the cab the whole way! Then the Army sent me to Chicago for the winter last year.....never made it past Indy before I pulled into the dealership and paid the $$ to get it fixed!!!

I ran an inverter and a space heater in the winter here in Florida and was fine.
