Man you just cant win. Stuff that is low in carbs is high in chol, stuff low fat is high carb, stuff low in chol is high carbs. I mean wheres the balance? Ive been actually reading lables alot and man some of this stuff is like wtf? We eat that ? Lol
Skinless chicken breast, egg whites, etc. there are good carbs. Ride a bike, do p90x, swim, there are a ton of workouts that have little to no knee impact. You just have to dig deep and get started. No soda! Beer on weekends, and switch to mich ultra (lowest carbs with same alcohol content. Tastes a little carbonated but once you get used to it it's good.). PUSH on your workouts whether walking biking or whatever. If you walk the same distance every day your body gets used to it and you will stop seeing results. Go your hardest, then write what you did and beat it every time.
