Crock do you exercise regularly, by regularly I mean at least 3 or 4 times a week? If you don't this could be the trigger your body needs. Just start by walking, then a jog and in a month alone you will notice a HUGE difference with your diet changes and added exercise. Good luck!

I'd stay away from anything high impact on that knee until you get the green light from the doc.

swimming! use a couple of gallon milk jugs for resistance.
