Thanks for the responses! Orange dog caterpillar turns into the giant swallowtail butterfly. Plenty of pics and info after you know what they are. Since we only have one citrus tree, we just need to keep a close eye on it and remove them before they get quite so big. There was a pesticide mentioned that paralyzes their digestive system and does not harm anything else.

I'm thinking that would be some good fish bait. We used to catch catawba worms and use them. The catfish loved them. :fish
