I will tell you for a fact they were scrambled after 9-11. I have a rock pile I go to all the time fishing, and I run a 240 to get to it. Ill bet the spot I had marked was off by a 1/2 mile at least.

Why would they scramble it after 9/11?

Terrorism maybe?? I knew it was weird when I wasn't running the same course to go to it. This was like a week after the attacks happened
