I was looking into getting some off road lights for the jeep. Came across these, I think I can make a plate to sit atop the roll bar and put one of these on it. I like the fact it rotates and elevates via wireless control and is not stuck in one direction like a fixed off road light. The fact I can move it between the truck and jeep is nice too. I am finding some really good prices on these after searching around.

Been seein' those lights on a few trucks on the road and wondered about 'em. Looks like a neat thing but a little pricey according to what I saw on a couple of sites. Magnetic would have to be the way to mount the thing, other wise I would not only tear up a high dollar light on a low hangin' limb but somebody would have to patch some holes in the roof! For utility work, emergency vehicles, etc. it would be worth the money especially with the wireless remote. Treefarmer
