You might be able to pull of trespass. Look into the trespass statutes, also check civil remedies for trespass. I would look into animal cruelty laws. I would hate to see one of you guys get arrested for some bs. That's my two cents, and good luck.
I have been in a lot of people's houses over the years. In just about every single case where the "crazy cat lady" has multiple cats like this, they seem to be mentally unstable. Usually the house is a pig sty and the stench of ammonia will knock you off your feet. Not to mention the cat hair everywhere. And fleas
My Gramma is "crazy" but she wasn't no crazy cat person they were all outside cats. She got lonely after my grandpa died and fed every cat that would come around. I'll tell you one thing we didn't have any mice or rats around.
My neighbors are good folks. Nice, clean, and normal. They just have a bunch of cats. I'm not even sure they "HAVE" them more than put food out for them and let them raise the kittens there.
I'll figure something out. It'll keep me busy since I can't afford to do anything else for a long time, LOL.
A trail of catnip to a area where you can set up a catnip food plot. Then they will all relocate to a central area.
