i love my 2 cats, so i'll just say be ethical and a good shot like you should with every kill out there!
or trap them and a .22 to the head will be quick and painless
i'm out of town some, but one neighbor right next door. i use a .22 bolt action savage mark 2 w/ agulia super colibri for bird/pest control. quiet and enough to kill most vermin with head shots on larger ones
We had so many cats it was crazy. They would attack my dog(dachsund) s o I would defend my dog. I had some I was friendly with but enough is enough.,
M gramma had plenty of cats. I smothered some and shot some with my bow. That was years ago. Do you got a dog? It is crazy how it is a crime to "dispose" of unwanted animals is a crime or to end an animals life if it is suffering?
Smothered one? Wtf your cruel. Lol. That was the only option? Lol
Sent from my killphone.
Heck yea, burlap sack and a few rocks. no more cats. If my dog gets out they call the law, But they let there cats roam all over. walk all over my truck, cat crap, get into my dog food. Animal control said they will drop a trap off, But I have to do all the trapping and care for the trapped cat until they can pick it up. Told them to keep there trap.
GAMMO!!! nice and quiet. use it on tree rats also.
Thanks for the link Ironcat.
I am disappointed that Clay County clearly allows owners to let their cats run free:
b.
"Animal At-Large" means any animal other than a cat, which is not under control, custody, charge or possession of the owner or their responsible person, by leash, chain, effective voice command, secure fence or other means of confinement or restraint."
"It is unlawful for any owner or keeper of an animal other than a cat to willfully or negligently allow the animal to run at large on any public property or on any private property."
I was a bit surprised at the misspellings in several places in that document as well.
Guess I'll be sneaky about it.
