I keep a trap set 365 days a year around my house. Coons, possums, dillers, cats.....all vermin to me

:eek In Florida, leash laws vary by county. Here in Marion, dogs, cats, and even ferrets require leashes. Check with your county animal control. If there is a leash law, animal control will collect them. It's $70 to get a cat back and more if they are not vaccinated.

If there is no leash law for cats, you can look at the options above. I'm sure there is a statute somewhere for defending your "livestock." Perhaps it could be "stand your ground." :innocent
