Thank the Lord you're ok, and that you're taking it as a reminder of how fragile and valuable our lives are. Not just to ourselves, but to others who count on us. Nothing wrong with a little "you" time now and then, as long as it ain't ALWAYS "you time". God bless you, and give the girls in your life an extra hug or two!

At least you got the message right away! I made the same decision after my heart attack in '07!
