Bay news 9 reports a New years eve report of a "STRAY BULLET" that hit a mobile home, "THE SHELL CASING WAS FOUND IN THE BATHROOM". WOW, I thought shell casings were only thrown a few feet. IMO some trailer dweller celebrating a good BM. I can't believe that SOMEONE/ANYONE working for BN9 wouldn't know that.
The "news" always provides some interesting details that make some us chuckle and then shake our heads in disbelief. On most issues concerning firearms they sensationalize way beyond common sense and the general public eats it up. Good eye and good ear Nacho!

I (ASSUME) it was a bullet found in the bathroom, NOT a shell casing, but you never know.
I heard that on the news and asked my wife how she thought the shell casing got in the bathroom(assuming she would think bullet) and she just shook her head and asked, "don't they mean the bullet?" I had the same response, and some sarcasm about how the casing usually does not out-distance the bullet. was wondering how many people caught that in the broadcast.
