I have been having trouble with my go devil and I bet this is the problem. I put stabil int it and it run a little better but still would not run wide open. It looks like it is pushing water out of the carb ? WTH

reg non ethanol gas will also help remove some of the crud left by ethanol. if you have an old gas jug that had ethanol in it for a long time you will see this lacquer/crud in it. pour out the old gas, put in some non ethanol gas let it sit a while, shake it up and pour it out and the jug is clean and usable again, you don't have to throw it out and buy another.

Economically none ethanol is the way to go. Its cheaper. I did the calculation and the test on fuel consumption in my bay boat and none ethanol at dollar more a gallon would get me farther than the same amount in ethanol fuel. For simplification a 100 dollars on none e gas verses 100 dollars of ethanol. The none e gas will drive farther..
