It's almost time to get out of here so I can go home and hitch up the camper for the long weekend.
Going up to our little "finca" tonight and stay until Sunday evening/night. I'm going to surprise my wife with a big industrial picnic table/bench seat I'm going to assemble plus will be clearing out the shooting range to extend it from current 75 yards to 100 yards and increase the backstop height from 7 feet to 9 feet. I'm taking my 45-70 rifle with me so I may even take a shot at a hog if I get an opportunity. I'm sure there will be other things to do to keep me busy.
This will be first time I go up and stay alone as my wife and son will be going to visit and help out a friend this weekend. It's going to be strange to be alone as my wife and I have not be away from each other for more than 2 nights in past 15+ years and my son has never been away from me for more than 2 nights all his life.
I'll get to work hard, hunt a little and eat unhealthy food for next 3 days.
