Well we took it out today and tested it out. My son needs a little more practice. He has a .22lr that he is used to shooting and he still wants to shoot with only one eye open.
I tested his 20g against my 12g. His is much more accurate. Seriously has me thinking of getting a new choke or possibly a longer barrel. The 20g at about 30 yards has a nice tight pattern. The 12g at 30 yards is all over the place

It's a mossberg 500. I guess I need modified. I tried the dime test. Not only did the dime fit, but there was plenty of room to spare. My guess is it's a cylinder or improved cylinder in the barrel now.
