I had bought a Summit Titan Tree Stand. The first use the paint was peeling on the platform. I went home and called them that following monday. I told them what happened, the lady stopped me in the middle of my explanation and said no problem before you go on give me your address and well have a whole new full stand to you in 2 days. I said "do you need proof of purchase" she said nope. just return your stand in the box the new one comes in with the paid shipping no charge at all.

Got a whole new stand in 2 days. Swapped them out and send the other one back. Ups picked it up and that was thats..

Summit has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. i will definitely buy summit again!
