Get rid of Norton, McAfee and any of the other :crap: they put on the computer for a 60 day trial and then make you pay a a subscription for.
You can get AVG or Avast for FREE for personal use, and they work better than Norton or McAfee because they tend to catch more and they don't hog as many system resources.

And for Mac or Linux users, don't think you're immune! There's stuff out there that can wreak havoc on your machines just as they do on PCs. I don't know which software is best for your systems, but I do know you need something for protection.
I have to agree with the No Norton or McAfee. I use Trend PC-cillin, and I've never had a problem. Only like $35/year. I too would like to know who the no-account SOB is that's spreadin viruses the forum. Once we got em, I say we take em on a little "huntin trip" to the glades. And then leave his sorry ars there. Oh, and while we're at it, it is a cyber crime, and the fed and local gov'ts will get involved if you ask em. They're bout as tired a viruses and trojans as the rest of us decent folk.
