Yeah they are usually a gray color. Not usually black like that. As far as citrus rats, there is technically no such thing. We have roof rats(sometimes referred to as citrus rats), and Norway rats. Norways are referred to sometimes as sewer rats or warf rats. I have seen some of them get pretty dang big

See black opossums all the time. It not what i would call a large opossums ether. An adult but not full grown, not trash can raider.

OK already! I think we have established it's a possum. now we gonna argue about size/color? I really don't care. just wanted to know what it was.
