My family has a time share condo in Lower Matacumbe, Islamorada at MM75.5 on the gulf side that we can not use this weekend through next. The unit has 2 bedrooms, one master with queen and bath, one guest room with 2 full beds, a sleeper sofa, kitchen, washer/dryer storage, second bath, dining room, full dock and ramp, pool, hot tub, tennis courts. Been staying there since 1979.
Dad can't go because he's messed up his back and I have too much to get done. Dates are July 31 -Aug 7. Normally the place rents for $1000 for the week. All I need to get is our annual maintenance fee of $650 and it's yours.
5 minute run to Channel 5 and channel 2, 7 minute ride to Lignumvitae Basin, 20 minutes to Long Key channel, 30 minutes to Little Rabbit Key. Great bone, tarpon and permit fishing nearby. Straight run to the hump off shore. Wish I had time to go myself and I wouldn't be putting up here.

That's a great deal. Less than an hour from the house and the fishing is great in that area. Wish I could get away for a week but just can't right now. Good luck with it.
Fired it up the other day at the house and them horses were raring to go. Gonna take it out a couple days next week. I might even head down to Islamorada and hit up Holiday Isle for a Rum Runner or three.
Nice! The Isle's a great place to hang on weekend afternoons. Haven't been down there to party for about 4 years now. Can't wait to go back.
