I'm all about if you do the crime you better be ready to pay the time. After hearing on the news today that Ochocinco got 30 days for slapping his lawer on the rear. Come on man! I really think that it was just a "good ole boy smack on the butt" of any football player. It's a good thing that she could read his mind after the fact.

Don't know if you have ever had to stand before a judge before or not. I have one time, and was scared to death. This clown gets up there and showboats. That is all he has done his entire career...try to be a show boater. The judge wasn't in the mood for it, and she set an example of him. He is lucky he didn't get a year

Here is why he was there to begin with:
Johnson, 35, tried to apologize and insisted he meant no disrespect. Johnson was on probation after pleading no contest to head-butting his then-wife, TV reality star Evelyn Lozada, during an altercation last August. She quickly filed for divorce after barely a month of marriage and Johnson, a six-time Pro Bowl wide receiver, was immediately released by the Miami Dolphins. He didn't play at all last season.

Hopefully he will hit rock bottom mentally and can start rebuilding his life before he causes any more harm.

Right on...she (Judge) said something to the effect...you don't seem to understand the seriousness of the charge and why you're here 🙂

"Might" now..but I doubt it.

anybody who acts like an idiot in front of a judge gets what they should. judges dont play that crap and there is no ass smacking in a courtroom. i have served on a jury, and while in college spent several afternoons in a courtroom, observing. i have seen people charged with the same crime with no previous record get a stiffer penalty for something as goofy as wearing a jerry garcia tie. Stephen A Smith on espn really told ochocinco how it is. What a moron.
