I didn't figure it was, but I always enjoy stories where some camel jockeys get there jugulars ripped out, and the commandments on the bottome are nice.
I am an admitted sucker for "Dog Stories"!!!
Here's a TRUE one- it happened to our family!
We had a German Shepherd that had been the 'runt'. He needed special food for the 1st 2 years of his life. That's where I learned how deep to love animal- my Dad worked extra hours to buy that food. Baron grew to be a healthy, loving dog. He did develope a hatred for men in hats, that we didn't understand. That is, until we caught our mailman going out of his way(!) to go where Baron was tied, and swat him in the face with his hat!!! (We got pics and had the guy canned!)
Baron never got over his anger, though and once bit a kid who was playing tag with my little brother. We realized we couldn't keep him, but could NOT bring ourselbes to have him put down. We went to local plice department that had a K9 unit. It happened they had just lost a dog to a shooting crime.
Baron trained and passed 1st in his class- and was assigned to the officer who had just lost his K9 partner. Over the next 2 years, Baron was awarded 2 Medals of Valor for saving his partner's life! The second incident was against the creep who had killed the K9 that Baron had replaced!!!
