a good marriage doesn't just happen, you have to work at it and maintain it everyday.
I was married for 13 years. It was horrible. Ive realized that you need to find a woman that is into the same things you are into or at least VERY interested in joining you in your interests or hobbies. Also you need to get on the same page financially. Goals, and so on. If you dont like paying for everything and putting everything on YOUR credit then don't marry a broke chick. If you do not use drugs then walk away from the drug users. The last thing you want is your wife to have a separate life then you. Meaning she goes her way and does her things and you go your way and do your own thing then see each other at night. Thats not good.
Thank god i found a good one who comes with me to the tree-stand and helps me drag hogs. She even helps skin em! I mean it seems un realistic to find all the things you want in a woman and have them also be attractive and drug free. But i assure you there out there. And ill be getting married next year to the special woman i found.
A good bond and being able to compromise is key. Also owning to your mistakes is a big deal.

Catching up on the forum and want to offer congratulations to 30.06 and his bride!! That will be a whole week on Mothers Day. If my calculations are right Momma and me will be starting our 2,418th week on Mothers Day. (47 years come October 8th.)
