Mullberry wine part 2.. now to wait..

Bubble for a few days... then off to the carboy for 30-60 days before bottling!!! Now the wait. Hopefully this years turns out better. Last year our AC went out when on vacation and it all turned to vinegar... My fingers are crossed!! Smells awesome.

That last batch must of been some kind of bad, it made your hair fall out.

I am gonna raid my neighbors grape vine this summer(scuppernogs)...since 2/3 of the vine is on my side anyways

Serious question though..
How many grapes do you need to make a decent batch of wine? 5 gallon bucket full? More?
And
Is there an easy to follow step by step directions somewhere how to do it? Without getting botulism, preferably
