I have been battling ethanol issues with my ATV for a year now. I took it to this guy(who I took it to last year when this started). He builds 1/4 mile racing bikes from scratch, so he can strip a carburetor blindfolded....
Apparently there is a very small o-ring down in the jets somewhere that ethanol had destroyed
he took everything apart, replaced the o-ring, cleaned the jets and all of the carb, drained all the gas, and put a gallon in it and has it runnin like the day it was new
Charged me $20 😎
I gave him a nice tip and a 12 pack of bud lite to go with it. Would have been over 200 if I took it to a shop somewhere
Now I can go plant food plots this weekend 😆 😆
I could only run it with the choke on. Ethanol broke stuff loose and clogged the jets.
I replaced the whole fuel line which was deteriorated. He said that little o ring was my problem this time
