I'd guess the site is being paid in some way to allow people to advertise their sales on it, there is something in it for them. when I tried to give a warning of both buying and selling reloads, NOT SAYING TO DO IT, OR NOT, ONE WAY OR THE OTHER, JUST A WARNING. I got pounced on , then deleted.
