Aint this against the law?

I saw that yesterday and was gonna post it. Yes it is illegal, and this time of year many property owners have to run them off their land. Palmetto berries are big in the vitamin world and bring pretty decent money.

I have a house in Chazz and I always see the Cans picking the berries....Sometimes they find snakes too and run like the Border Patrol is after them.

i wonder if they got charged for pickin berries? or they coulda had a permit to do it

and it is highly illegal to pick berries on state or public land. They are considered property of the state.

yep anything and everything on state land is protected-birds, trees, plants, animals.
