A Southern Comfort Dinner

mixing good booze with soda pop, yuck may as well use the cheap stuff. but to each his own. sometimes I mix soco with 1/3 amareto and a splash of coconut rum on the rocks, it's a little sweet but not bad.the steak does look good. hate to waste expensive booze cooking, but marinating in bourbon is nice.
