Congratulations, did you get your wife the traditional 17th anniversary gift? I saw a list and you were to spring for furniture or a watch. I'm going to get by cheap this year, the list said for the 47th get her a book! (Hope it didn't mean a check book).

Allen, congrats. I just had my 16th in May. 21 years together, and she still puts up with my shiz. I make up for it in the summer for all the time I am gone in the winter. Whats not to luv.
Congrats! Mines coming up next month. It'll be 12 years on the 6th.

Bossman, :oops I had to look back in my wife's journal to remember what we did last year on the anniversary. We went to a shop and bought her a set of pajamas, (to wear in the hospital following her heart surgery that was 11 days after our anniversary) then we ate dinner at a restaurant and went to Lowes and bought 10,000 staples as we were in a project of covering our house with rough cut cypress board and batten. How's that for a report? :rolleyes If your wife keeps a journal you can find out some good stuff! When you planted, what you planted, when you busted Bambi and when you processed him. Wife's journal was a little bare for a few weeks after mid-October but everything is full speed ahead right now.
