some of them are very accurate, others not so much. imo savage has better consistent accuracy and a decent price.
I might grab one of them to give them a try too....you said they were pretty accurate, Kemster?
pretty good. Shooting about 1" group at 100 yds with factory ammo. Winchester. For the price they aren't so bad. Will be a sweet gun in a climber. very short due to the lack of an action.
I think between your 30-30, 270 bolt and shotgun, you've got your bases pretty well covered. not sure what else you have but a 22mag bolt rifle and revolver, 45acp pistol, and a long range bean field rifle ( 500 yd + ) with extreme power scope like 8x25 or so capable of taking woodchuck, deer, hog would be nice to have. I always say the next big purchase is going to be a good quality spotting scope, but always end up buying a gun instead. if you spent that rifle money on a reloading set up the money you'd save on ammo would pay for a new gun each year. just a few ideas to toss about. or you could blow it on a wild weekend at the hard rock with lots of booze hookers and and std to show for it. or knock up Mrs potato head and get a life time supply of french fries.
damn nacho, am just looking for an excuse to get another gun. lol. can't have too many. j/k nacho.
