my great grandfather Hugh Alexander Morrison (HAM) left me what i consider to be outstanding weapons. i will post some pics as i take them and would like to hear some stories about ya'lls hand me downs. First pic is me with his Springfield Armory m1903 30.06 on my first hunt ever. Rarely take this in woods. the others are just of the gun. i left the rifle the way he gave it to me. still use his sling, scope, and lyman peep when not using scope.

got the pics backwards obviously. here are a couple more, they just dont make guns like this anymore.

The grain on the wood is nice. Have you killed anything with it yet?

No kills yet with this gun, only been out in the woods four times, i try not to take it to wma's unless i am in ocala.
