Not sure what it's called but my revolver has tight chambers where the bullets sit. Now I'm told orbit saw on tv how they bore the inside chambers ( making them slightly larger) so the bullets will slide in and out with no effort at all. Does anyone know how to do this?

are you using factory ammo? if so they should slide in easy and fall out when turned upside down. if handloads and not crimped tight enough it causes a small bulge that does that. revolver cylinder (mouths only) are sometimes beveled for faster loading for competitors.if you over drill the cylinders it will throw the timing off and cylinders will not line up with the bbl's. take a hard look at the ammo first and try some diff brands. also look for any built up dirt/crud/unburnt powder in the cylinders, make sure they are clean and lightly lubed before you start drilling.
I think they are reloads . There the bullets I originally got with the gun.

if the storebought bullets used to work fine, those holes haven't shrunk. sounds like the re-loader needs to turn his seater/crimper die app 1/4 turn deeper. just went thru this with my 357 die when trying a diff bullet. they can be run thru the corrected die and should work fine.
Never had store bought on this gun.
