Mossberg 500

must be a youth model carbine or at least not a heavy model, the ones I have handled are close to lbs then add the ammo. Heavier than I want to carry as a brush gun. Great ballistics for a hand gun ammo.

I've handled them and would guestimate at app 5 1/2 lbs, are you talking about the same gun?, can't get much lighter. and anyway aren't we supposed to be talking about mossbergs?
