I have not heard much good about the mosquito, must be the exception to the rule. I can vouch for the 226 and 220.

I can tell ya it's ammo picky and shoots high, however it does come with another front sight in the box. The magazines are also expensive as all get out.

I always wanted to try one of those Mosquitos, now I know to sway clear of them... Good information. In my experience the Ruger Mark I, II, and III Series .22LR Semi Pistol is the best I've ever owned or shot!

I've owned the ruger mk 1 and 2 and both were great, mk 3 not hearing as good reports. the S&W 10 shot revolver is just as good but with a 6" bbl is heavy.
