sent my all stainless 220 45 acp, discontinued for some time now, back for the 22 conversion kit and action enhancement package to both. requested the all stainless solid guide rod and spring and short trigger if they could find them. sales rep said the parts were no longer avail and did not have any in stock. got the gun back today and the work was flawless, feed ramp polished like a mirror, plus it had the solid s/s recoil spring guide rod, spring and short trigger AT NO EXTRA CHARGE plus they replaced all springs and wires and only charged for 1 action enhancement, gotta love it. 10 days door to door.
Very nice!!! I have always experienced great customer service with both Sig Sauer and Leupold, as well as a few others. Can't wait to shoot the .22LR conversion in that P220....
me either, my only complaint is the 22 magazine is verry cheap plastic compared to the stainless 45 one, but I guess it's the only 1 they make.
Probably a better after market mag out there for it... It's just to keep you familiarized with the P220 chief, not to be shot as a competition gun in .22LR...
I am glad to hear that someone got good service from them. I have heard some horror stories about them in the past. I did buy my daughter a Mosquito for her 16th so I was hoping that not all that I had heard was true. The only company I have needed something from up until now has been Ruger and they were the easiest people I have ever had to deal with on anything.
